Collar attaches to protusions at the rear of the push/pull sleeve
This lens has a reputation for needing a tripod adapter due to weight. Also a reputation for needing a special type, I looked at pictures with an adapter then noticed the protrusions.The proof is in the pudding so I will shoot with it soon to see if the attachment is reliable and does not damage the lens

This worked for the push pull lens as the ring doesn't work - bought on Amazon.
This V-shaped holder is great.

Measure the circumference of your 80× 200 lens it says it'll fit obviously they don't know their math. It might work on some, but doesn't work on the push. Pull nikor lens

Well made, Very sturdy, a great deal, but it doesn't fit my Nikon AF FX NIKKOR 80-200mm f/2.8D ED
Nicely made and robust... but does not fit my Nikon AF FX NIKKOR 80-200mm f/2.8D ED. Not even close, so there must be multiple models of this lens and I have the wrong one.

Muy contento con la compra . Imprescindible para acoplar la p900 nikkon al tripode . Puse un trozo xe velcro en el interior para un ajuste mejor . Muy contento .

This a good product it gives a firm sturdy balance to the P900 camara. You will need to add a few strips of velcro to make it a tight fit. Overhaul a well built collar for a good price
