Crow Canyon Enamelware Large Oval Roaster - Red Marble

I use these roasting pans all the time. I have the small one and the larger one. Roasting chicken in them is great. I also roast ribs in them in a little water, then remove the lid and add the BBQ sauce and roast for a few more minutes uncovered. MM tender, and tasty. The clean up is a breeze. Just soak for a bit and anything dried on during baking comes off easily. The quality of the enamel is very good, and the colors shown on amazon are very accurate. The red and white, which is what I collect, is just as shown on line. I have many pieces of this line. Also the colors from one piece to the next are the same, they all match, even if it's from a different supplier.

Too small for even a chicken.

Perfect size for a large chicken and some veggies, and the offset handles make this little roaster great for smaller ovens, or to fit with other food in a regular-size oven. Really pretty! FIRST, WE EAT WITH OUR EYES! Good finish; easy cleanup with a wee soak. Love it!

I love this old style enamelware look and was delighted to find it in a covered roaster pan. The description says large, but the pan was not large at all. I had hoped to be able to cook a small turkey in it, but I will be lucky to fit a chicken in it. Still, it is very nice looking and will be useful. The description should at least say medium sized.

I had one of these I received in 1980 as a gift. I used it EVERY week for oven roasting, for 40 years! It got dinged in a move and the enamel chipped off inside. I had to get rid of it and it broke my heart! When this item came up on Amazon, and it came in different sizes, I was tempted to buy a couple of them in different sizes. In the long run I just bought the smaller size I originally had. It easy feeds 4 people a meal or 2 people 2 meals. I'm VERY happy I purchased this.
