Metrx bvars are a handy way to add protein to the diet.

I like Met-Rx, but this is not my favorite
Something about these just isn't as interesting to eat as the other flavors. Maybe it needs a bit less total sweetness, or a bit more cinnamon -- I don't know. But I prefer all the other flavors to these.
