No sturdy at all
This casement locking handle is much smaller than the original handles. These are for older windows so they should be made to fit them. Also, the material used to make these bends is very easy.

Two versions of item. One is thinner and easily damaged
Ordered 2 replacement latches for a casement window. One was "Primeline" and the other was "PLPCI". One was half the thickness of the other. We were not aware of the difference until we went to latch the window. The thinner (hook) latch bent and proceeded to damage the keeper. This caused the enamel to scrape completely off of the latch. And yes, it was installed correctly to clear the keeper. Can't get the money back due to time constraints. We will order another and how the new one is of better quality.

This is not compatible with all windows, be careful!
I have a home with windows from 1957; this arm is not compatible. Its also much thinner than the ones I have; it seems flimsy.

product came super fast and in great shape. My window is a lot older so it didn't fit. Be sure to measure!!! But, that was my error. unfortunately when installing it gets dinged up so I will have to keep it. hard to find these anymore.

The material is not very strong ,however unlike many locks this one uses a locking pin...i like this. Be careful when buying that you know the locking distance....this one is not standard. Used for experiment.
