I am highly satisfied with my recent purchase of GOLDTOE Men's Carlyle Argyle Crew Dress Socks! Right out of the package, the quality of these socks impressed me. The fabric is incredibly soft yet feels durable enough to withstand day-to-day wear without showing signs of thinning or holes. The argyle pattern is classic and versatile, making these socks a perfect match for both my casual and professional attire. The retain their shape and softness after several washes and also the colors remain as bright as when I first purchased them. These socks are very comfortable to wear. They fit snugly without being too tight, and the elastic doesn't leave marks on my skin. These socks have style, comfort, and durability all wrapped in one. BTW, they are much more affordable than the local men's store, and equal or better in quality.

Top quality socks. Sturdy, and they stay up. Comfortable, just right thickness. The argyle is a nice design pattern.

It was a Goldtoe product. You never know these days on Amazon if you get a knock off or not. Glad this one was legit. They look and feel great. Excellent quality!

These argyle sock patterns are perfect for a casual or dressy look. I purchased three of these sets, so if any sock gets "lost" in the dryer or gets a hole in it, I can still have extra socks to match it up with. These are surprisingly nice and comfortable to wear, so I purchased a few more pairs. They may not be the best quality on the market, but they are very good and well priced. So far the tone is reinforced and my soles did not get holes in them. Overall, they are good socks at a very affordable price. No socks last forever. I have purchased the Carlyle argyle socks twice now and have been pleased with the product. As described, they are a thinner cotton (70%) dress/casual sock with no cushion and less tightness. Very comfortable.

Always good quality with gold toe socks, the argyle is a nice dress sock.

I have always loved the goldtoe brand for my husband. He tends to get holes in the toe area of his socks, but these last much longer than any brand we’ve purchased. The argyle pattern goes well with several colors. They are just the right thickness for year round wear and are a good fit. They make a great stocking stuffer too!

Saw this brand recommended on a couple of blogs (yes, there are blogs about the best men's socks, what a wild world we live in), and thought I'd give them a try. Maybe there was a listing mistake because I got the 3 pack for about £7 or something, and now the day after I see they're over £20 for the same thing, but I digress... These socks are excellent quality and fit. The only downside (for me) is they are the longest socks I've ever seen, I don't know what the thought behind this is, but if you prefer a long sock, these are a good option.

I initially ordered these socks because of the 'extended size' option. I was not disappointed. The fit was not only as expected, but they were also very comfortable. I find the height of typical 'crew' socks a bit too low and prefer a higher rise that extends further up towards the keee. Yet at the same time, I don't like wearing socks that are so loose as to be constantly slipping downwards. Fortunately, in spite of the extended size, these fit just snuggly enough and stayed in place. I found the overall fabric and construction quality considerably better than average for this type of product. After several wearings and washing they still look new, something unusual for argyle-pattern socks, which characteristically have a more 'delicate' weave. For a final note, I was so satisfied with these I eventually ordered another pack of three!
