My only negative comment would be that it doesn't keep more than a day or two in the refrigerator after cooking, as it separates and becomes watery. Still worth it! If there are two of you, I doubt there will be any left over anyway!

Don't understand the good reviews on this stuff
Thick like glue, taste not so good - husband asked for the old brand of GF gravy back.

Good, but not perfect
Our family just found the flavor to be so-so, but the texture and thickness of the gravy is great. We tried both the chicken and turkey flavors and liked them the same.
