Gauge tolerance was too high for my bar. To be more specific, the guides on the chain links were too wide for me to fit them into my bar's channel with my fingers. I spent a few hours filing out the channel and flooding the bar channel with oil, which allowed me to squeeze the guides into the channel, but they were still too tight for my powerhead to drag the chain around the bar. Too be fair, I don't have the equipment to measure tolerances to thousands of an inch, so the issue could be either my bar or the chain. However, it's an Oregon branded bar, and Oregon has been in business decades longer than Neotec. Chain pitch, length, and chisel type were as advertised. Edit on 2024.11.18: I realized I was using an incompatible sprocket. I think the chain was likely just fine.

Caution, this is a serious tool. Know what you are doing when you purchase. Quality is excellent.

The chain is very poor quality compared with similar priced chains. We tried several now, and this is not worth the price. Returns have to be done through sellers Chinese website.

It cuts with the grain just fine milling logs. I had to take a rip chain off from a different company and put the Neo-Tec full chisel back on to finish the cut and it did just fine. It holds an edge well. Kurt-A

This is very good chain, have used it to mill with using Neotec NS8105.

Was recommended with the purchase of my 35 in neo-tech saw. Is not the right chain!!
