CHI Silk Infusion Silk Reconstructing Complex 50ml/2oz

Chi Silk Infusion is one of the best hair serums on the market and I’ve tried alot of them. It is lightweight, non-greasy and adds shine to your hair without buildup. It helps with frizz, is a heat protectant and helps significantly with detangling and has silk amino acids and other ingredients that are beneficial to the health of your hair. It has no alchohol or other questionable ingredients and a little goes a long way. It has a scent that is reminiscent of men’s cologne so that may be alittle off-putting to some, but I love it! I use it on my hair and on my human hair wigs and it works great on both. I probably will always keep this product in my arsenal because it just works.

My hair type : African American,natural coily hair. Low porosity. Type 4 curls. The bottle came with a white seal within the cap. The product is clear and kind of oily. Not super viscous. But heavier than water. I put it on my wet clean hair, then add the other heat protection products such as the spray. Overall when using this line, my hair is very soft and shiny and has movement. It's not stiff. I use this throughout the week when touching up, or just to moisturize. For me, it moisturized well on my dry hair. Great product, especially when used in conjunction with the rest of the line. Highly recommend!

I knew that I was buying a very small bottle for the price point that this is sold at, but that's the thing to keep in mind most! Otherwise it is the product I know and love! It actually makes a great traveling size! It really helps to protect my hair from excessive heat when I blow dry and keeps the frizz to a minimum!
