The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I searched on U TUBE to see some videos of AIS removal,don't bother. Follow the instructions they give you be patient you don't need to use a giant hammer. I used a small slide hammer and vice grips on the back fitting it came right out. On the front a slide hammer wont fit with the frame in the way so put a screw driver in the tube and turn the fitting back and forth wile prying up on the base. After a few minutes it will pop out. The new plugs went in no problem. This fixed the deceleration popping,sounds great. Review: Worth it - Instructions were good and all went well Jan 2019 - Still sealed, still working, still happy
