16inch "Stainless Steel" Front Heavy Duty Black POS Cash Drawer with 5Bill/5Coin

Excellent product, initially had an issue with it opening but it was related to my receipt printer and NOT the cash drawer. Drawers were heavy weight and have been functioning perfectly. Also once contacting the seller they were prompt and courteous in getting back to be and staying in touch until my issue was resolved. I would definitely purchase these form this seller again.

Needed a second till draw but the one we have is 5 years old solid all metal and has 5 notes and 5 coin slots and I could not find one to match. This draw came today Wow all metal including runners, lift out full tray with additional lift out coin tray, front slot, this thing is solid and opens really smoothly, I would advice this to anyone.

Love how heavy duty it is and no problems with cash fitting! Plenty of room for coins and nice slot for checks or large bills! The finish on the front ads a nice touch! Great for our office and arrived in great condition and quickly!

*The drawer itself is great, no issues, plug and play and nice very looking. I would purchase again. *As Far as the seller ~ I asked the seller if I could purchase a replacement key for the register drawer that I purchased 6 months ago. That day he mailed me 2 free keys! Excellent customer service A+++ I have used the drawer in my store for 6 months with the main register, approximately 3000-4000 transactions a day. My girls can be a little rough on equipment sometimes.... It has held up great so far!

Is a very smooth drawer Hat fit right for my pos system. Just plug in a phone cord and it works perfectly.

The permanently attached cable will not work with my application. Site images only show the cable laying on the case, there are no images of the bottom of the cabinet so you can see it's a permanent hard wired application. No where in the description does it say it's a permanent hard wired cable, only says it's a POS activated drawer. I guess just showing the cable is an indication that it simply is supplied as part of the deal. If something were to happen to the cable, then you would have to pull out the entire drawer, take it apart, and attempt to "re-wire" the solenoid yourself. Having an RJ11/RJ12 receptacle on the bottom or back of the cabinet to plug a cable of your desired length, or replace it as needed, is crucial. The construction of the drawer was good and seemed to be sturdy and durable, I just hate I was not able to use it due to the cable issue to find out. 3 stars for not being forthcoming with all the needed information, and wasting my time with having to wait 48 hrs for them to send me a return shipping label.

Solid cashbox was as advertised although I missed the part about it not having a bell for when the drawer opens. It fails to open on occasion but I think that has to do with the printer waking up and is not a fault of the till. Would buy again if needed.

Good and easy to use. I recommend this product.
