First off I have tried a few different types of smart switches and this one is great. Nice touch screen functionality and customization is easy. NOTE: this switch does require a neutral wire, but does not require a hub and also is a mesh WiFi booster and integrated well with my eero WiFi mesh system. Controllability is great you can control with the app or via Amazon Alexa/ google voice assistant. Installing it was easy and setup was not hard. The overall look is really nice and creates a modern look for o your home with a sleek profile. Currently have these setup in my garage and will be adding a neutral wire to my house switch boxes and converting my whole house to these switches they are one of the best I have found and very dependable. You can control them manually so no need to worry about problems with internet connection, if your internet drops due to unexpected problems with your provider you can still control these manually like a normal switch. In conclusion I highly recommend these 1 great look 2 easy install 3 seamless smart home integration 4 great price 5 WiFi mesh capable.

I had very expensive smart witch at home; they failed after 2 years. These proven be reliable and if they fail, cheap to replace.

I was remodeling one wall with shiplap that had one 3gang and one 2gang switched. Wanted to update and clean up the appearance of out 35 year old wiring. Install was simple. After the wife saw it installed, all the the switch sets in the hall, split entry and basement entrances were next on the agenda. The 7 switch sets had had 8 2-way or 3-way switched. With the ability to link mutual switches to a circuit really was slick. All in stalled in one day. The only issue was finding updated switch plates to place over the 2-gang and 3-gang boxes to mount the one l8 controllers. I'm pretty handy. altered box planks or the old wood plate covers. Looks good to me. (The wife too!. Very important! ) Bathroom and walk-in closet will be next. Really had no issues yet...

Neat thing but constant problems.

I spent a lot of time researching LCD touchscreen styled switches and eventually took a chance on this one based on the appearance and a video review from someone in the UK. I have to say that I really like the overall functionality of these switches. It has great touch response and so far after nearly a year of being installed, has had no issues with that aspect of it. It's easy to wire and install and initial setup to get this thing running is fast as well. I really like the interface lighting and customization. I did try 2 other touch-screen style switches to compare later, and they've been disappointing compared to this one. My ONLY grip with this switch is the WiFi part. It seems to lose it's functionality with WiFi and re-connecting sometimes requires a reboot of the switch. The initial WiFi connection process is fast and easy, but once it drops, it's more of a challenge to reconnect. And while being able to control my lights via an app can be appealing and appeases my sometimes laziness not to want to get off the couch, it was not my primary reason for the purchase. Personally, the WiFi feature is more of an added bonus for me, so not functioning properly only dropped my review down 1 star. I can't speak to the customer service either since I rarely engage those anymore with anything... I think we've normalized poor customer service with just about everything these days, so can't base my rating on that either. Overall it's a great upgrade from standard toggle switches and can give your house a more modern look in my opinion.

I love this product

Switch is nice and I like thr lights and glow. Switch has a lot of feature we're it can be customized. Now like others have said, problem is with WI-FI. It does not stay connected to WI-FI nor to Alexa because it keeps losing internet connection by it on. Cannot hold the internet connection for extended time.
