Bought this for my child's birthday and he loves it! It syncs to my phone easily. It is comfortable and has a long battery life (about three days). I will say the band is rubber-like and can rip out my hair when I give him hugs or get caught in his jacket. It's a little frustrating for him putting on long sleeves. But he's had it a few months and loved it!

We bought this for our daughter as a Christmas present. It was wonderful for a month until tracker wouldn’t hold a charge. A quick email explaining the issue, and within 48 hours we had a new activity tracker at our front door!!! This company really stands behind their products and has the most amazing customer service. If you are in doubt of an activity tracker for you child, I highly recommend purchasing this one - you will not be sorry. Their customer service is fantastic. The tracker is fantastic too. My daughter is having a great time trying to reach her daily step goals and monitor her sleeping habits. She loves being able to see everything on the app at the end of the day to compare where she was the day before.

My kids (8 and 13) have had 3 of the older BiggerFive fitness tracker watches (the slim band) over the past 2 years. With those, you had to take the bands off to charge the watch, and eventually the tabs broke off. We upgraded my son to this model after reading the reviews on many different fitness trackers. First the pros of this one: - this watch can be charged without removing the band - more features than the older version (heart rate, multiple alarms) - setting that turns on the watch with a wrist movement rather than press the screen - relatively comfortable (after a week or so where the band leaves a mark) - multiple screen options through the app - no issues with the app or connecting the watch to my phone - impeccable customer service Cons: - most screen options are a bit juvenile for older kids - a few more screens for older kids would be nice! Maybe something a little more "neutral" than pinks and purples! - battery only lasts 4-5 days (which is okay as long as you remember to charge it more often) - there is a "Questions and Suggestions" section of the app ... but I don't think it works since I never received a response to a comment I sent about the battery life. - the straps, while more comfortable than the slim-style watch, stretches out after a few months to the point where the watch face pops right out the front. None of the cons were deal breakers except the last one - my son refused to wear the watch after the face fell out several times (he was afraid of losing it). However, I contacted the company, and they responded very quickly (even though it was the weekend). A new band arrived impressively fast, and the company followed up a few days later to make sure everything was good. So far, everything is working fine. I hope that the material on the band is eventually upgraded to something that doesn't stretch out over time. Overall, I'm happy with the watch (and my son likes it) and I'm *really* happy with the customer service.

Our 1st tracker was such a success for our 4 year old, we bought a second for our 5 year old. We can't get both to work on the app. When we add the 2nd device, it makes the first one stop working (we then have to restart the 1st tracker to get it to work again, deleting all the info for the day). To update (or try to update) either tracker, I thought I'd just have to change the account on the home screen, but I have to go into the device within the app & reconnect the tracker every time I want to switch to the other account. Sadly, my 5 year old quickly got an allergic reaction to the band (an issue I also have with certain plastics/rubbers) & I don't see bands of other material offered. The first work(s) so well without the 2nd.

My daughter got this for Christmas and only wore it for about two-three weeks. We took it off and left it on my dresser while we were on a trip and so when we got back the batter was of course dead. We’ll I’ve had it on the charger with different outlets, plugs, etc for more than a day and it’s completely dead. Won’t even charge or show its charging and it wasn’t damaged in any way. Of course we’re 5 days out of the return window now too. Waste of money. Also was hard to keep synced with my phone. I liked the idea but should have splurged for an actual name brand or something different. Very disappointed.

Bought this for my 8-year-old. We were a little concerned after the first few days because the battery was very low at the end of each day. But we followed the advice in the Help section of the app to the extend battery life (turn the brightness down to lowest, and turn off continuous heartrate monitoring). Now at the end of the day, the battery is still above 90%. So once we got that figured out, it's been a great step counter for him. Tracks his steps and activity.

After 3 months of use, I can say that this is not what I hoped for. The battery lasts very little. My daughter gets frustrated because she needs to recharge it every two days. The watch also somehow always gets out of synch and the time and the image on the front get unsynched… so while it is fun for her to use it when it works because she gets excited about the trophies she receives for achieving her goals, it is not as great as I had hoped for and would not buy it again. You get what you pay for, I guess. Next time I’ll purchase her a real Fitbit.

This is a quick product review: List of pros: - product the material is really good quality and feels soft - The screen is very responsive - It reads the data great when fastened properly around your wrist - My son is quite small and skinny but it looks really nice on his wrist which I found problematic with other smart watches I purchased in the past. Refer to the pictures I have included in this review - Battery life in our case is on average 5 days which is amazing - App was easy to install and we had no problem with pairing it with the watch List of cons: One problem I found with this watch is when fastened too tight it had bruised my son’s wrist a bit. And the reason why I had to do it that way it’s because the sensors attached to the watch were not reading the data properly when he had it done in a more lose way on his wrist. We moved it slightly up as per the pictures attached in this review and this resolved the issue but my son claims it was more comfortable to have it positioned on his wrist. Overall the watch is nice and worth the money. Personally I would recommend it.

Pour mon fils de 6 ans, reçue en novembre 2021, très bien pour les différentes application podomètre chrono, réveil, sommeil, entraînement spécifique foot pour mon fils.... Juste bémol sur la qualité du bracelet, elle commence a se cisailler sur le côté, voir avec le vendeur s il vend le bracelet seul.. après avoir informé le vendeur, il a été très réactif, et nous a renvoyé un nouveau bracelet, reçu rapidement. J'ai demandé également s'il y avait une manipulation à faire précise pour la connexion entre la montre et le téléphone pour faire la mise à jour quotidienne, car parfois cela peut prendre un peu plus de temps.

Watch is of good quality. My daughter loved it. Customer service is very good and prompt. They responded very fast. Happy with them.

Son absolutely loved it. Perfect for school. No worries about water damage.
