Fantastic product. Truly a No hassles user friendly product. No need for any expensive third party installation help. I did it myself using simple instructions received with the product. Using it regularly twice a day without any problem. User friendly. Strongly recommended for those who are looking for a simple and effective solution to exercise regularly and stay fit from the comfort of their home.

The treadmill belt slips to the left side and grinds with the side rails. This causes frictional heat and noise. Can't use the treadmill at all. Furthermore, the treadmill didn't come with any lubrication inside the box nor are there any lubrication instructions or the spot (the Amazon page says lubrication in box), the AUX Port is also missing. Cult support is not responding to promptly.

I am sharing my review after using it since last ten days. I will definitely say that there is no problem so far and the machine works very well. The speed is also upto the Mark. In this range I find a good product. The machine is easy to operate and the best thing is that it comes almost 70 percent pre installed. The customer support is excellent. As soo as the product is delivered to you, customer contacts you immediately and guide for installation on phone as well as send some vedios on whatsapp. Customer care support is excellent and they keep contacting you whether the machine is working well or not. I am satisfied. Lastly I suggest you to buy this treadmill.

After using this product for 5 days, I can say this one is cheap but with quality. The body is strong and firm, the motor is also good, no heating and no noise. Overall the product is good, considering the price. The console is not much in good quality compared to the rest of the machine. Bluetooth connectivity with the Fitkit app also not good. I could connect it but the app can't control the machine. It wont respond to the command from the mobile. Also no music is played via bluetooth. The app wont start until you connect to the internet! Syncing seems to be working, but I don't care. The machine is good for regular walking, and jogging. I tried to do simple jogging with 8-10km speed for 15 mins, the impact on the machine is heavy, the belt is not cushioned. Walking is super easy and cool. I got the machine 1 day before the delivery date. When I received it, one side of the carton was wet and that too the motor side. Fortunately no damage occurred. I gave negative rating for delivery and the next day Amazon representative called and asked why. I told them what happened. Fitkit called for assembling but I already assembled the machine. I also told them what happened to the box. After two days fitkit medical team called and asked for app details. So the machine is good, fitkit team is also responsive. Only problem with the app. Fitkit please update the console, it is very old fashioned. Amazon delivery was always good, I had any issues before. This time may be because of the unexpected heavy rain and the courier person might have placed the carton in wet floor. But they should be careful because the carton has clear printed instruction not to expose in rain and water. They should be trained to handle packages in unexpected weather condition.
