My apologies for the late response. The size of this dressing is 2 3/8" x 2 3/4" (6cm x 7 cm)

Is it opened in the center? I just need the border of it to adhere to the skin...Please advice

No, this dressing does not have an open center. If I understand your question I think you are looking for what is referred to as a trach or catheter dressing.
