Very strong
Well it definitely works, very strong vibrate colour, much brighter and deeper than shown on the packet! Loads of great tips from other reviewers, but what you should also know is that after you’ve applied it, it has about a week development time! Day 1 my hair was bright, day glow, orange, it was terrible, one week in it has deepened down, it’s still very bold but doesn’t look insane anymore! So make sure you don’t have any important events etc until at least a week after colouring!

Natural results
Incredibly natural results. Going to hair dressers I always found the colour the be slightly red or too orange . Never could find the perfect balance. I did this henna myself and honestly the colour turned out perfect. So easy to use. My natural hair colour is medium brown also I have dry curly hair. Highly recommend. Will be using this regularly and ditch the hair dresser.

Does the trick beautifully
I have a lot of greys and this has coloured them beautifully..... just a word of warning, they come out really bright. My natural colour is dark brown and this has also gone a lovely mixed auburn colour. I have very long hair and used one sachet as recommended, but could probably get away with a bit less. Thoroughly recommend, good quality product and really works. I will be using this one from now on

I will be using this for life...
So impressed with this, I think I'll be using it forever! Exactly the colour advertised. First time using henna. See before and after of light brown virgin hair. Instructions were not very clear, make sure you do some research. Wear gloves, put vaseline on your face and neck as it gets incredibly messy and stains badly. I added some lemon juice, stirred with 60°c water and let it sit, covered for an hour. Applied to roots then lengths, wrapped my head in plastic and left it on for 2 hours. Rinsed in the shower with conditioner for 20 mins until it ran clear. Hair is super shiny and bright orange while still having darkness and depth, it smells of fresh cut grass and spice. I used 150g for mid back length thick hair so a bargain! I found it coloured and covered super evenly, there is no patches or weird bits like with box dyes and its great knowing that its good for my hair. Overall amazing, thank you!

Amazing stuff
I’ve never used henna before and I was so anxious giving it a try. I’m a natural red head but had been dying with brown and blonde box dyes for far too long. So I mixed it up but I couldn’t get the right consistency it was very lumpy but made no difference. I applied a hair mask first to my damp hair. I mixed the powder and hot water and let it sit for about an hour. Used plastic gloves and just applied it all over. I then used a shower cap to cover then wrapped in a warm towel left it for about 3 hours. I washed out and used a clarifying shampoo then left a treatment in for about 20 mins washed again and styled as normal. The colour is so vibrant. The hair is slightly shocked but not as dry as I was expecting. This is all I will ever use in future!

Red Henna Powder.Indian Natural Hair care.
Great Henna powder.Brings out and highlights the natural tones in your hair wonderfully. I have some grey and it has blended it in.I don’t think it would completely cover grey if you have a lot of it. Would be better to use first red and then brown/indigo. This is by far one of the best henna powders I have used and I have used many many in my lifetime. It’s very fine so mixes well.Makes an easy to apply paste.Which is not too dry and clumpy like many can be.Add hot water ,Mix to a yogurt / runny cake mix texture.Cover and leave for at least an hour for the natural dyes to a activate.Apply to hair .Put hair up in a plastic cap/bag bung on a beamy hat or wrap in an old towel. The longer you leave it on the better and stronger the colours. Left mine on for around five hours. Very happy with the results.Even though if you look really close you can see that it’s only dyed the grey fairly lightly. But It doesn’t stand out anymore.Hair is in better condition for using .It’s added body and shine,Feels thicker and bouncier. Lovely rich tones. My hair does happen to have auburn running throughout so it’s picked up nicely on those. This would add lovely tones to medium and even darker browns. On fairer hair it would be lovely coppery tone/tones. The only reason I left of a star was because the henna didn’t come with gloves or a cap.Which are obviously needed. There is plenty of powder though.I received two bags.Which would colour my hair four times. Used correctly this henna it excellent 👌.

Works very well for my hair
I usually don't have it on my hair for longer than 2-3 hours, and every time the result is great. Also, I don't dye my whole hair anymore, only the roots. I use about half of one of the 2 packages inside, so it lasts for at least 4 months. Beware that it's permanent and you might have difficulties dying your hair chemically afterwards. But it's a good henna option and I only buy this one.

Now *that's* red, baby!
I've flirted with the idea of henna since my teens and tried most makes from Lush to Mountain Fox to pharmacists. I found myself usually underwhelmed with the results! My hair is slightly curly light blondey brown, at the time of dying my lengths were dark and my roots were blonde (not a good look)! It's about jaw length. I followed the instructions to the T, used a chopstick to mix and wrapped it in cling film to rest and develop on the counter for an hour. The application was really smooth!! It wasn't annoying and with some vaseline I avoided any mishaps. I left it on with clingfilm for about 3 1/2 hours - happily no drips or crumbling with often happens to me. When I washed it out my hair was so smooth and sleek and a good solid natural looking red with lots of tones. I used one half of the box for the dye. This will be my go-to henna, really can't recommend them enough, I just hate photos to you'll have to use your information lol

i've been using hennas for over a decade. this one is a lovely balance of copper red and burgundy. my hair is naturally red but has lost a lot of richness as i age..this revives it and covers my few grays as well. i do feel it is a bit drying but just until all the henna finally washes out (you could add coconut oil or a bit of olive oil to the mixture to help) good henna. nice colour. good amount for the price. smells like henna but not as strongly as some. i used both packages but will try 1 or 1.5 next time. i left it in for 2hrs and rinsed with conditioner only.. then waited 2 days to shampoo

I bought the Copper Red color, and it dyed my hair coppery red, quite successfully. When I was a kid my hair was fairly bright red, but has since faded to a dark blond with bright blond tips bleached by the sun, and just a hint of ginger in the sunlight. This was the first time I have ever dyed my hair. I mixed the henna with hot water according to the instructions and I let it rest for 5 hours. I noticed the dye pooling on top of the mixture after about an hour. I applied it to my hair and I put on a couple disposable shower caps and then wrapped my head with a towel. I let it sit in my hair for only an hour and a half, because I didn't want it to go too dark and I thought I can always do more, but I can't undo it. I then rinsed it out in the shower. It took what felt like forever for the water to run clear, but the paste itself wasn't difficult to wash out of my hair. It was late at night by this time, so I went to sleep and waited to see the results in the morning when my hair had dried. It was bright orange! Everywhere online said not to panic, so I did my best not to. It wasn't like a hideous color or anything, but definitely orange. I gave it some time, and by the next morning it was still quite bright, but more of a copper tone than orange. It has since settled into a bright copper color that is saturated, but not artificial looking after about 3 days. I have included photos of before the henna, 12 hours after application, and 65 hours after application. I may go over it again later on to push it a little more toward a red than a copper, but for now I'm going to enjoy it the way it is, I quite like it. My natural hair color is quite golden-blond where the sun has bleached it, and I think that golden undertone contributes to the coppery hue. It looks more red near the top of my head where the hair is darker. I have a decent crop of grey hairs, and the henna covered them completely. They are now a super bright shiny copper color that gives dimension to my hair, rather than desaturating it like the grey did. Overall it was pretty easy. I did the actual application in my bathtub; I just bent my head over the henna bowl and let my hair hang down over it and slathered the paste on from roots to tip. My hair is waist length, and I used one of the packets that came in the box to do my whole head. I probably could have even gotten by with less than that, but I wanted to ensure good coverage, especially since I am a novice at hair dyeing. It definitely has an earthy smell, but I don't find it offensive. It did color my tub where I dripped it on the floor of the bathtub, but I let some water with bleach rest in the tub the next day and it bleached all the color away and the tub is as good as new again. I've never used henna before, so I don't have any real comparison, but after my first dye-job I'm well pleased with this product; it did what it was supposed to do.
