Updated Review: 5/10/22 —- see 2nd one :) 😀 1st: I have been needing to buy one of these for a while now and finally broke down and got one. I went back and forth between this one and a few others, but decided on this one. Finally got it and put together, however the cutting bar is bent, so when you pull down to make your cut, your cut is not straight at all. It is crooked. There is no possible way to make it straight while trying to cut. I must have gotten the fluke one as they have great reviews, but this one is not one of them. It does cut paper great, just not straight, so I have to go back to my small one to clean it up which defeats the whole purpose of getting this one for the big orders and projects. Hopefully I can get the bar straight, can get them to replace it or send a new one of they see the review. The handle also does not go all the way on either. It gets stuck and stops half way on so it will not go further or down where it should as shown. (The black silicone part) I just need it to work properly and do what it needs too. Will definitely update if they send a new one and reach out. Will have to send in a request. 2nd review: 😀 The company reached out directly to me within a day or two of me posting this review. I never asked for a replacement or for a refund to be completed through Amazon. Just completed my review and went on about my day. The company messaged me about the issue directly with the issue and apologized that I had a defective product and that they hoped that it didn’t change my mind or view on ordering from them again. They were very quick, sincere, apologetic and offering solutions to make it right and correct the issue right away. They did not one time try to blame anyone else, try to get out of it or anything, they took full responsibility and that shows a lot for a business. As a business myself, I looked at this message from them and our interactions back and forth in a business and personal perspectives. I truly appreciated that they took accountability, reached out to me on their own when they didn’t have too, I never had to file anything with Amazon, they were super nice and very professional and the offered solutions right away and didn’t bat an eye. That is true customer service and a great business. I respected and appreciated that. It showed a lot about them, the character of their business and that they do stand behind there products so if something does happen, they will indeed make it right, so I do feel I can purchase with confidence knowing should anything happen or be wrong, their customer service is A+. It really stood out to me on that because a lot of businesses are NOT like that anymore nor do they care. This company does and it shows. I will definitely buy again due to the amazing customer service I received on their own account. ⭐️So I will be changing my star from a 1 to a 5 because the service was great and you don’t get that anymore in a business, especially if you have an issue with a product. I'm always hesitant to post a review right after receiving a product but I will give my first impressions here. The packaging could have been a lot better. The box was torn in several places and there wasn't nearly enough spacing material inside to keep the cutter from shifting around. Thankfully no damage had occurred though. The cutter is light weight but guides are fine and it cut photo paper clean. I do not plan to use as a production cutter and only going to cut one to maybe 3 sheets at a time so I'm not concerned about it's performance on the 15 sheet capacity. For my uses it seems to be plenty good enough and the $69 price tag for a 24 inch cutter can't be beat. Happy with purchase at this date. Will update review in the future if that changes.

This paper cutter cuts clean edges. I have been using it to cut 110 lb cardstock. I was excited about the magnet, but for my uses so far have not used it. The edge where it cuts is black. This makes it very hard to see exactly where the cut will be made. This is where I would like to see improvement. It is a nice size to cut regular 8.5 x 11 paper or smaller.

I purchased this paper cutter to replace a previous one that just didn’t do an accurate job of cutting paper. Ruler on my previous cutter was not accurate and the paper stop had a tendency to creep even after adding tape to tighten it. This cutter has a metal deck and the stop has strong magnets that hold the stop firmly in place. This makes doing accurate repetitive cuts easy. I like the smaller size as I typically work with 9”x12” mixed media paper or watercolor paper for Artist Trading and watercolor swatch cards. This is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to easily make things like ATCs from larger pieces of paper. While it will take a while to amortized the cost if you make your own ATCs or swatch cards it will quickly be worth the expense. WARNING: If you have little children you should keep this where they cannot play with it unsupervised.

I do not normally leave a review. However, I feel like I needed to do this one. I bought this item because I can't cut for the worth of my life. As I opened this package and noticed that there were no instructions, I thought, How could it be hard? I mean it's a cutting board and I have owned one in the past (not the same one, this was a cheaper option.) I proceeded to cut the paper (one sheet - it was a kinda cardstock type of paper). The paper itself was 24 inches long, so I wanted to cut it down to 12. The cutting board I bought is 21 inches; it could not even cut all the way; it stopped halfway and wouldn't cut the rest, and it bent the rest of the paper instead of cutting. I thought maybe I did something wrong, so I tried regular paper, and it still wouldn't cut anything past 7ish inches and bent the rest instead. I proceeded to dig my old one out of the shed and tried to test it. (The reason for the replacement is that the old one blade was very rusted, even though it's still pretty sharp. I have had it for a long time, and due to a flood a year ago, it became badly rusted. It was the 18in one, I tested and cut through that same cardstock paper, but on the opposite side that had not been cut yet. It cut through the whole 18 inches no problem, and then I turned and made it cut at 12, it could do its job even though it's very rusted, and this one could not. Not worth buying, going to return this one and get a different one.
