Such a satisfying product!
So, I went online and searched for wool wash which would work for sheepskin rugs, and several came up but they all seemed sorta suspicious like the Kookaburra (sp?) product. People elsewhere on the net complained of dried out leather, other horrors. I have a large and expensive sheepskin rug I wanted to clean because it happens to be my cat's favorite spot (and thus his favorite padding place to clean his little paws). This product worked like a charm! MACHINE WASHING IS PERFECT. I washed the entire rug in a top loader by itself on delicate (cold) wash and it came out clean and perfect. After drying by hanging a bit, I brushed the rug with short, upward motions all over and the rug looks brand new, fluffy and CLEAN. I am very very happy with this product, it's super cool measuring bottle, and even the non-perfumed smell of the rug after washing. I am 100% satisfied and will not buy another product for my fine sheepskin products. And NO I am not affiliated and was not compensated in any way for this review. I rarely gush for products, but looking at my history you will notice when I do, I really mean it!

AWESOME product for cleaning sheepskin rugs.
I have a number of sheepskin rugs in my house, and before I got my large capacity washer, I tried to spot clean as well as I could. I was afraid to have them dry cleaned, but knewe they couldn't go in regular detergent. I found this product to be EXACTLY as advertised. My rug came out beautiful, and the leather was soft and supple . Highly recommend for home care of sheepskin products.

Worked als needed
Worked very well to wash a sheepskin I grabbed from grandma's house. The dosage mechanism is very well thought-through and the sheepskin came out clean after washing with this in Delicate mode and drying it in the Cold/Delicate mode. The skin ends up clean basically without any scent. The leather side also seems happy. You will need to brush your sheepskin with a brush once it's dry (there are special ones for sheep but you can buy one for long-coat dogs, they are really the same. Just make sure not to comb through the wool like you do with your hair. Instead you put the brush onto the wool on the root of it and then turn the brush upwards toward the inside of your palm. So it's not really a normal brushing motion but a very local upwards pulling motion. And then repeat...many many times :-)

Tough and Gentle
Tough on dirt, but gentle on wool and leather. I used this to wash my son's LL Bean slippers. They were filthy and stinky, but now they are clean and fresh. The leather is still supple and the wool went from being matted with dirt to being fluffy again. I should have taken before photos, but here is an after photo

Satisfied with Purchase!
This cleaned my sheepskin pelts beautifully. The leather did feel a bit stiff when it finally dried and I don't think there is any way to avoid this especially if you're going to wash this in water. I did mistakingly wash the sheepskin pelt previously in regular detergent - huge mistake, it was so stiff but this time I made sure to use something meant for sheepskin, such as Aller Wash. I have an HE machine that uses little water and I put this on the Hand Wash setting (the Delicate setting agitates too much) with a double-rinse. I highly recommend the double-rinse especially since I actually should have used less detergent. A little goes a long way or else you will have lots of suds. I would actually use less than what is recommended on the back of the bottle for HE machines.

Easy wool care
I use this on all my wool blend gear including wool blend base layers, sweaters, socks and underwear . It doesn’t have much of a scent and helps to keep the wools wicking and thermal regulation properties.

Great wool wash
This worked great for washing a wool puddle pad. I am sensitive to chemical smells and this smelled fine. There was no shrinkage and my son has slept well since introducing the newly washed pad. It is a smaller bottle so if you plan on doing a lot of wool washing, you might want to size up.

Leaves hide soft
Nice scent, not overpowering and fades quickly. Keep the hose softer more pliable
