I like these. It's hard to say whether there is a noticeable effect but they are good quality. No rubbish Mg ingredients. However, they are expensive if you take two a day. These have 4 types of Mg. I've changed to a cheaper capsule with 3 types. Again 2 caps a day. I see no difference whatsoever and will be using the alternative from now on. You need to watch out when buying supplements or it's money misspent.

Ist gut bestelle ich immer wieder, empfehle ich auch jedem. Seitdem schlafe ich besser und vor allem entspannter, kein Zähneknirschen mehr seit dem. Usw.... keine Heilversprechen ihr wisst schon. Probiert es selbst.

J'ai testé plusieurs types de magnésium et celui ci est juste génial. Pas de désagréments intestinaux comme avec le magnésium marin ( oxyde de magnésium) Redonne de l'énergie, clarté d'esprit retrouvée. J'adore

Ho acquistato il Multi Magnesio di VegaVero e devo dire che mi ha davvero colpita in positivo. Contiene 4 tipi diversi di magnesio, il che lo rende un integratore molto completo ed efficace. Dopo circa una settimana di assunzione ho iniziato a notare miglioramenti concreti: mi sento più energica durante il giorno, meno stanca mentalmente, e anche i piccoli fastidi muscolari che avevo (soprattutto la sera) si sono ridotti sensibilmente. Un altro beneficio che ho notato è un sonno più profondo e regolare, e in generale una maggiore sensazione di benessere e stabilità emotiva. Lo trovo davvero utile anche nei periodi di stress o cambi di stagione, quando sento il bisogno di un supporto in più. Il prodotto è facile da assumere, ben tollerato e non mi ha dato alcun disturbo a livello digestivo cosa che per me è fondamentale. Sono molto soddisfatta dell’acquisto e sicuramente lo ricomprerò. Consiglio questo magnesio a tutte le persone che cercano un integratore di qualità, efficace e naturale per sostenere il proprio equilibrio quotidiano.
