The product quality is top tier, love the floral design of the cover, if u want to purchase a good quality notebook/diary absolutely u can go for it. I was sceptical at first since the diaries mostly I have purchased online don't really allow me to give them a good feedback, but this one is actually phenomenal, I have been searching for something like this for a while and I have finally received it. It is Totally Value for money, good functionality, good amount of pages, soft pages, thickness is alright too. I have actually re ordered the same thing again and I am waiting for its arrival eagerly. If u want to buy it don't hesitate just go for it

The thickness and the softness of the diary was very good although the diary quality was very good it can be a good gift value. Value for money

Size is small and color is not as look .Average one. Price is high , it should be under 130. You have charged me almost double. Product is good but not according to the price charged.

After complaining on their official PAPBOO Instagram handle their representative cleared my doubts and assured me that they will deliver a new same book for FREE. I just provided my address and mobile no. and guess what, a brand new book was delivered to me which had no dents and it was absolutely New. I was delightfully overwhelmed by their gesture. I offered to pay but they refused saying that it was a GIFT from their side. The pages are of natural off-white shade as stated by their representative. The DOG-DAB picture is sweet and pleasing to the eye :) I recommend people to buy Papboo Books as they CARE for their customers.
