My Grandson 7 loved putting this together and getting it assembled with a little assistance from Grandma. Would recommend for this age group.

Fantastic Fun. My Granddaughters absolutely loved it by making an out of this world crystal garden with sand, stone, wood and fake mini flowers. Arrived super fast and well packaged. Will definitely buy more

Great fun
Would normally give five stars to these kits. My grandson just loves them but this one was broken when we took it out of the box. Luckily he didn't mind and got on with digging out the stones but I was disappointed it wasn't up to the usual high standard of National Geographic.

Actually grows a crystal.
So unlike many of the other kits we have tried this one actually grows a crystal. Easy to follow instructions, more or less fool proof. Just be warned the colour doesn't last, it starts off green although not as green as the picture but fades over a few months to the barest green tinge.
