Q: Aixbeam 8 gang switch installed on 2005 f150. Don't know about hooking up the white(brightness) and yellow lines(width light), where do they hook up?

Yellow goes to your dash lights for the back lighting. White goes to a momentary push button switch to go through three brightness levels for the back lighting.

Q: Do they light up when you "tum" on the switch?

Yes they do. It works very well with this set up. You will have to if ( your set up of the Relay box is too far from the Positive side of the battery), extend that Positive lead from the relay box Auxbeam sends you. I had to , but it all worked out very well.

Q: The unit i recently received didn't have the red, yellow, and white wires only red and white. I assume the yellow wire is no longer needed?

Did anyone figure this out? Where ever I connect the red wire too it makes the system stay on

Q: The green back light after install is always on even when the key is out and the truck is locked. Is this normal?

Actually, this is not correct. If installed properly, the Auxbeam relay box should be connected to your ACC fuse which will disable the Auxbeam system when the ignition is turned off and enable it when the ignition is turned on. You should never have a draw on your battery with the ignition turned off, no matter the amount of the draw.
