Is the left click supposed to be louder and more firm than the right?

No. Both of my clicks sound the exact same and feel the exact same. Thats how a mouse should be. I dont see why they'd make a mouse with 2 different switches for LeftClick and RightClick unless that that is their selling point. I'd try an RMA or get used to it. But from personal experience with mushy buttons. Youll get a good 3months of use out of it before it starts ghost clicking, double clicking, or not registering clicks. Go ahead and start an RMA request. (My personal opinion)

It doesn't really matter. The only difference between the three is the speed at which it will charge, but the battery life is so long that I don't think it really makes a difference. What might bother you is that it uses micro-usb instead of usb-c to charge, but again you really don't have to charge it that often.
