Thankfully I have this, and hopefully will never have to use it. I am prepared just in case, it increases my confidence and peace of mind. I have it near where I sit and watch TV but also take it on hikes. Review the instructions, and local rules, this needs to handled be correctly.

We traveled to Wyoming and Montana this summer, and it was comforting to have these tools available. I am thankful we did not have to use them. I do keep them in the SUV for animal control if threatened. They are compact and easy to use.

The clip is super easy to carry, ready to hook right on your belt, pants, backpack, anywhere. The design makes the spray easy to deploy, the directions are excellent, the build quality is amazing, and it is a great value for the money. I hope I never have to find out about the effectiveness of the spray on a bear.

It was delivered dented and leaking. My review is because I need to pay for shipping to return, $20 for shipping back is unreasonable. Update: Seller made good with replacements properly packaged and shipped.

I bought this product to have a non-lethal home defense and also to hike with. This product is sturdy and we like the belt loop holder. Haven't had to use it yet - but ready when needed.
