Small but runs well
This is a great small computer

Inexpensive computer that works like one 5X the price.
I needed a computer to run my entertainment system. This one works well. Good graphics and sound. Added a USB external drive and my movies, music and videos all play well. It has enough connectors for all my equipment.

Doesn't work
I've bought many refurbs before and never had a problem. Not the case with this one. On first boot it gave me a CPU fan error with 3 function options to continue. None continued. And it sounded like a jet taking off. After several reboots I got it to continue past the error. It wouldn't connect to wifi at that point. It is quieter but still loud and it vibrates the desk it is on. I work with numerous HP tiny's and they make zero noise. Not this one. I will see what the company says and come back and adjust the review if needed. It is nicely packaged and looks good.

Had to some reinstallation.
When I recieved the dell micro I had to replace the CMOS battery because it would restart into the operating system so apparently the CMOS battery was dead. I also had to do a clean install of windows 11 Pro because the original installation wasn't working correctly for some reason so I couldn't figure out what the problem was but after doing a clean install it appears to be working fine now.

Mi primer compra 100% satisfecho, excelente producto. Mi segunda compra me enviaron una mini pc marca hp y un cargador genérico. Muy decepcionado.
