Esquire reviewed this book as one of the best of the year. I bought this booked as a result. Then I cancelled my Esquire subscription. Sorry, Mr. Klein, but this book is not good. First, it is extremely sparse at 237 pages with much blank space on the pages. 100 chapters in 237 pages! Here is the entire chapter 83 and the entire page content: "Salman walked into Rasheed's public room. Rasheed was waiting. It is done was all Salman said, turned and walked out." That's it, entire chapter!! With what little content exists you will struggle with keeping track of a myriad of characters around the world. Using a spreadsheet may help. The story is simply unbelievable and ends with a killer on the loose. Save your money.

Gripping novel about white sex-slave trade in the US...specifically, Nebraska. The novel pulls you in, surprises and intrigues the reader.
