delicious. i didn't even realize it included electrolytes, which is a bonus.It doesn't have that salty saline taste, it's quite good. I'm definitely planning to keep this in rotation

So i just got bariatric surgery few days before i ordered these and I can say they’re great! they saved me from the protein shake sickness i got after surgery. they do have a bit of a caulky taste but I fixed it by mixing minute maid zero sugar mango juice with the mango flavor and you barley notice the after taste with it! Goes down easier and it tastes better! You can mix the strawberry watermelon with the minute maid zero sugar strawberry lemonade flavor too! I’m very greatful I found these drinks because I was worried I wasn’t gonna get enough protein! I suggest they make more flavors avaliable and bigger pack sizes but other than that they’re great :)

As a bariatric patient, I wanted to try this drink since I need a lot of water intake and protein intake. This can fulfill both needs. The flavors are good, but they do have slightly thick taste to them. You can see the protein powder at the bottom of the drink if it's not mixed/shaken well. I took off a star due to the thick/protein taste, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. These are great if you need protein drink on the go.

I primarily drink water all day every day and adding these to the mix has brought SOME flavor to my beverage game or lack thereof. I prefer the watermelon/strawberry over the orange/mango. Neither taste amazing but for being a "healthier" beverage packing 20g of protein and only 90 calories per serving (16.9 FL OZ), I can dig it... my protein shakes give me 30g of protein but at the cost of 160 cals per serving (11 FL OZ). I sometimes struggle hitting my daily protein goal, supplementing my diet with these protein drinks makes hitting that goal less strenuous. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with this purchase. I will buy these again and would recommend giving them a try. Just don’t purchase these thinking they’re going to taste like juice or Kool-Aid because they don’t. It’s difficult for me to explain how they taste, and taste will probably vary from person to person. IMO they taste healthy, refreshing, with an artificial fruit flavoring and have a slightly odd aftertaste… which doesn’t linger but is noticeable but it ain’t bad just uh healthy tasting. Lol 😊

Absolutely love these! I hate protein drinks and these taste like a mix of a vitamin water and body armor! The after taste is slightly interesting but it goes away in 5 seconds! I have bought these 3x and will be buying more! So yummy and a great way to help meeting your protein goals!

It’s horrible and leave a funny after taste even with ice and a little frozen. All favors are nasty. To each of its own though 🤷🏽‍♀️

I really wanted to like the Protein2o Hydration Drink because the idea is great—20g of clear whey protein combined with electrolytes in a ready-to-drink format sounds super convenient. It’s appealing for post-workout recovery or when you want something lighter than a traditional creamy protein shake. That said, the texture just wasn’t for me. The drink has a thicker consistency than I expected for something marketed as a “clear” protein beverage. It’s not as heavy as a milk-based shake, but it definitely isn’t water-like either. The slightly syrupy feel made it hard for me to enjoy, and I found myself focusing more on the texture than the flavor. Flavor-wise, it was decent and not overly chalky, which is a plus compared to many protein drinks. It also didn’t leave a strong aftertaste, and I appreciate that it combines hydration and protein in one bottle. Overall, I think this product could work well for someone who doesn’t mind a thicker beverage and wants a convenient protein + electrolyte option. Unfortunately, the texture was a definite no for me. It’s not a bad product—it just didn’t match my personal preference.
