Medtronic Guardian, Freestyle Libre, Enlite Adhesive Over Patch

everything about it I love the quality of the packaging and how long the stickiness last is great. The design is just a little bit too big for the G7, but it's really easy to put on and takeoff and it lasts for the whole 10 days.

This will keep that sensor from popping off! We had issues constantly losing the sensor early on my preteen daughter. Using this patch eliminated all those problems. Be gentle pulling it off though. The glue is stronger than the average bandaid.

I use this patch for my 14 day Freestyle Libre. I like the added protection, not worrying as much about bumping into something and dislodging the sensor, as that has happened. The patch stays on pretty good. Towards the end of the 14 days some of the edges do come loose but the patch continues to hold. One thing I didn't like was I still have to put tape around my arm to hold it securely. I tried it without the tape but the sensor wanted to come out when I moved my arm a lot and was a little painful. I do want to say I will continue to use this patch it is much better than nothing. Looking forward to future improvements that might make it hold a little better with no need to use tape.

Husband wears CGM one week at a time. We live in southern US and his job keeps him outside in the heat and humidity pretty often. These things save us a lot of money by preventing more frequent sensor changes, because the ones that come with the sensors just do not hold up to all the sweat and heat. Super thankful for these patches. They are definitely worth the money. They also don’t cause him any skin breakdown, which is lovely.

I’m super allergic to almost every skin adhesive out there; we even joke that I have princess skin! But this product didn’t irritate me at all. It held in place and would have lasted longer if it wasn’t time to change my sensor. I will say it got loose at one point but re-adhered when water was applied. Well worth the money!

The adhesive backing is very difficult to remove. The first 4 times I purchased these there was no problems. Then I got a pkg where the backing paper was hard to remove. I emailed Skin Grips to let them know about the problem I had, and I received a very curt reply telling me I'd have to contact Amazon for a refund. I never asked for a refund, just saying there's an issue with the backing. Just opened up a new package and it's getting worse. The backing is hard to get started and frequently tears while I'm peeling it off. These things are obv very sticky, and easy to get stuck to itself and your skin while you struggle with removing the backing paper. Definitely getting worse. Maybe look elsewhere...

Love these for my CGM! Picked up some that had design on them skin did not like them. The black skin grip seem to not irritate my skin.

I have been using the Skin Grip brand for about 2 years now. They rebounded about a year ago (I think) and it was by far the best offering on the market. I was finding that I could keep a single cover on for the while two weeks, even going into the pool fairly regularly. BUT....they have changed something. Whatever the adhesive/glue was that worked so well, and it has been replaced by some kind of chemical weapon that's probably been banned by the Geneva Convention. Not only did the first patch I tried on from the new pack fail to stick (and it turned out it was almost completely dry!) the second patch then caused what you can see in the pictures. I can't say that the original skin tone patches have been affected in the same way, but I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about these patches... STAY AWAY!!

Skingrip patch is the best I’ve tried; No irritation, no glue residue, and removal is effortless without pulling hair or skin. It stayed perfectly secure through multiple showers across the full sensor lifespan. It only comes off when I intentionally peel it away, which says everything about its reliability.

Tried everything to get my Guardian 4 Sensor to stay on through intense HIIT workouts and nothing else has worked. Glad I saw these patches recommended on here as these are great. No irritation and hold the sensor in place. Would like different colours to choose from now please.
