This saved my lady bits during the first two weeks of recovery. I had a v-birth and pushed out an 8lb baby so I had a 2nd degree tear. It was tough the first few days but once I started sitz baths at night it relieved so much pressure from my pelvic floor and vulva area. 100% worth every penny. I felt the difference the next morning as I was able to move around a lot more

I looked into purchasing individual herbs to make my own postpartum herbal sitz teabags but after doing the math, it was more economical to purchase these instead. I like how I don't need to strain the herbs or package them myself. This is convenience in a bag, highly recommend buying.
