Best salt! Very flaky, looks like shaved salt chips, I’ve ordered other flaky salts but this one actually keeps the flake, the others breakdown in the box. Tastes amazing, light, crunchy, I even put it on ice-cream! It cost a little more than similar products but it’s by far worth it!

Great for baking, finishing touches on meats, great size, not too salty on taste, works well with other salted seasonings if you use a light touch, doesn’t dissolve too fast which is great. Altogether, really great salt as a final step post-cooking or baking.

I absolutely love Falksalt Cyprus Organic Sea Salt Flakes. The texture is light and delicate, which makes it perfect for finishing dishes with a little extra flair. Seriously, I have found the holy grail of salts and this is it. I never thought about salt much until the whole sea salt craze, but even then they all seemed the same. Just a sea of similar sea salts (say that five times fast). And then this somehow came across my feed and I decided to try it. Now I'm all fancy and have a little salt bowl with a little salt spoon and I use it to delicately spoon tiny pyramids of salt on food like I'm Julia Child. Little pyramids of salt!!! Okay, I know it sounds silly but this really is the most awesome salt I've ever had. Sometimes the little pyramids are a bit too big for what I need, but I just use my fancy little spoon in the fancy little dish to grind it up and voila, I have amazing salt dust for my popcorn or whatever. And it's insane how quick you can start to tell the difference between this and regular table salt ... which is now just gross to me. So bland, so common. I'm now a part of the salt royalty and this will be it for me. Especially since the price is pretty darn good for how much you get and how long this lasts. Which, frankly, I'm pretty proud of myself for because I could seriously eat these little salt pyramids all day but I don't want to have my blood pressure go through the roof because then I couldn't have any salt and that would be a tragedy I don't ever want to face. So, get yourself some fancy salt but just be careful to enjoy it in moderation so that you can continue to enjoy it forever.

I don’t know why I expected this to come in a bowl or in smaller flakes. Product is better than expected. Tastes great!

Delicious and pretty. I love the mouth feel. I'm legit snaking on it because a high salt diet helps some of my medical conditions.

Good salt! Added dried ramps to make my own version of the garlic salt falksalt used to carry.

Flaky finishing salt. Tastes and looks good. Adds that gourmet finishing touch. Thinner flakes give good texture without being overly hard.
