We always have hot and cold cups on hand-- we have a household of "people on the go." We try to use the re-usable cups whenever we can but sometimes we know we will not be able to wash out the cup for at least a day (or we are on the way to the airport/traveling) and a paper hot cup is the only way to go. They aren't extremely expensive nor are they inexpensive. I think it is good to keep the price higher because it limits waste, probably. Overall the quality is great, the lids fit on snugly, and one thing to note is: we never seem to use the extra hot sleeves. It would be nice of those were optional because I feel so wasteful tossing them in the recycling bin EVERY SINGLE TIME. The company could just say "hey, if you don't think you will use the hot sleeves, click here and we won't send them to you-- we don't want to encourage waste. Getting the wording just right will be tricky because you don't want people complaining that the cups should be cheaper (I am sure that is not where the cost comes from)-- but if you basically frame it like they do at the store about "would you like a paper receipt" or at the ATM "do you want a paper record of this transaction?" maybe it would work and then there would be less waste. Maybe do a survey of a random sample of your customers? Just ask them: (1) What %age of the time do you use the hot sleeves? (2) what %age of the time do you use the plastic lids? For example, my sister *rarely* uses the plastic lids-- when it is time to get a new package, I always have a TON of plastic lids left (again, waste!!!) and ALL the hot sleeves. SO: just some thoughts toward the goal of being ecologically conscious (and it could save your company money, too! And then you can pay a higher wage or use a cup that is coated with a truly biodegradable type of plastic...I know there is at least one on the market that is available for use- but it is expensive...but if you were saving a ton on sleeves and lids......mmmm, hmmm!! See???).

The manufacturing consistency of these cups is outstanding. They are my special travel cups for when I go to my workshop. I look forward to drinking from them and like that I don’t have to wash them

Great cups! They last long and do not leak when sitting full of coffee. Lids snap on well. Size is perfect for a girl that loves a 12 ounce Keurig pour with extra milk and protein shake! Easy to use. Highly suggest. Thick and good quality! You can also draw on them if you are so inclined .

Bought these to serve coffee to homeless people in Albuquerque on cold winter mornings. The cups start leaking slowly after holding the hot liquid for more than 20 minutes so you need to finish your coffee before that happens. Otherwise good deal for the money.

I get the 10 ounce size. Great quality. The lids fit snuggly. They’re not flimsy. But if you have something extremely hot, you may need to double cup. We have these on a subscription. Have been using them for 10 years.

Good product

These cups are fine - no issues. The lids however are a mess. They are hard to clamp on - in the 25 cups I’ve used I’ve had a major spill 3 times. I usually buy a cup with a black lid and must have clicked the wrong one when I reordered. The little spout to click over and seal the cup is nice and keeps it hotter - as long as you can get the lid on securely! I also have to let my tea cool a bit before adding the lid because if the liquid is hot the lid tends to warp.

These solid white cups have lids that fit securely, even when tipped over (which happens way more often than I like to admit), and they don't get "mushy" after having liquid in them for several hours. They are durable, and they're recyclable, so I call that a win-win!
