I had taken serious antibiotics this past year and also had COVID, which completely turned my gut inside out. I was waking up in pain and having other worrisome side effects from an unbalanced gut biome. I had tried other probiotics but this, along with the Probiotic 11, were finally what did the trick. I can miss a day and I don’t experience any pain. I only take one a day of each and it’s enough for me. Highly recommend!

I take this probiotic for better gut health since I have an autoimmune disease (RA). I have been taking this probiotic with a Quercetin Phytosomes + Luteolin supplement plus Fatty 15, and I have not had a flare since doing so. Not sure if it is one of these or all of these together, but I am feeling so much better.

I found this same pro-biotic originally through another retailer, but then when I wanted and needed, it was rarely on the shelves. This has been much better for me to buy through Amazon. I found that what I like is this product keeps things moving through me on a reasonable pace.

Digestion improved and bloat is gone. I used to be constantly "puffed" out after every meal and not anymore. Started to see a change within a few days. Been using for over 3 months now and have no plans to stop.

I love this product but it bothers me that it advertises 90 veg caps when there are only 86 (I counted because it matters to me to take this everyday). Other than that misleading advertising it's a great product that really works!
