Not good quality
Firstly a part of it was missing so we had to buy it separately . I wish I had installed it during the return window . So I had no choice but to keep it . Within a week of installation the water flow reduced and it stopped working. . Had to throw it and buy a new one

Retractable function is a bit faulty.
Most of this item is fine, however due to friction between the large number of cables coming out the bottom of this tap the retractable function is hindered from working correctly. I will add an additional weight to see if that helps.

Must not designed by lumber!!
This product was obviously not designed by a plumber. Under sink small spaces and then trying to get it all sorted while under much better faucet out there won't used again...

There’s no installation guide
Product comes with no guide for installation. I’ve been googling online for HD-523 model. Even the company that made it doesn’t list this item anymore. This is disappointing. I’m email product company and I’m hoping the seller contacts me with directions or this product is pointless. They might have sold me a used item that didn’t have the manual. I’m very disappointed.

Waste of time and money
Terrible quality.

Great quality and works perfectly. I don't want to risk my quartz counter top with another hole so this is the product for me to have a water filtering system. Install is a bit annoying because there are 4 lines. Another thing to notice is that even with the counterweight which is quite heavy the pull down part doesn't go all the way to the base, could be a problem , but I don't mind much. Overall great stuff for the price. The build matches the Moen faucet I replaced if not better.

Great set of taps - the integrated filtered water tap is awesome. Such a space saver and so much more elegant and functional than having separate taps. Use mine with an inline ceramic filter to make rain water into drinking water. Spray arm has a pause control and stays in the mode you leave it in when you turn off the water (spray mode or stream mode) which is far less annoying than the taps that switch back to stream automatically.
