Great pack... Love the removable day pack
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Got this pack for a hike at Point Reyes National Seashore in California. I packed it full and strapped my tent, sleeping pad and camp chair to the outside. It weighed 51 pounds! I carried it comfortably down the trail to our campsite, and it performed wonderfully. I especially liked the removable day pack which I used to carry my water bottles and snacks for our day hikes. The day pack is not very big, but perfect for a 10 mile hike with water and snacks. I really like the outside compartments. Tons of compression straps everywhere.

This is a nice bag
Disclaimer, I have not taken this on a backpacking trip yet but have used it for camping. I put A LOT of stuff in here. No problem storing clothes for 7 days or more (depending on personal preference). I was able to fit essentials and gear needed for a "glamping" trip. I loaded my bag up but wouldn't advise others to do the same on a backpacking trip. The bag itself seems well built but I have seen some negative reviews where parts are breaking at the seems. My advice is to be careful and treat it as best you can on trips. In my opinion, it seems durable enough. I found this bag to be very comfortable while walking. Well, as comfortable as a bag 50lb+ can be. (Again, not used in a long distance trip) I am excited to use this on my next backpacking trip and have full confidence in its ability and durability.

Bottom straps can be better
I love this bag it takes massive amounts of items but some stitches are cheap made like the bottom part it's already coming off within 2 days of use and all the buckles and other components could have been made out of better plastic that's stronger 💪 I'll stick with it for now and do my best

Durable, worth the money
So far seems like a well made bag. I've got about 45-50lbs of gear in it and I haven't seen any tears or stress points. It's probably the most comfortable bag I've had on my back which is a huge pro, it's really nice. The only thing to take into account is the bag itself has a little weight to it, more than others I've had, but nothing unmanageable. If you need to put that much gear in a bag anyway it will likely need to be heavy and rugged to support it all. Would reccomend if you need a bag this big, the secondary zipper bag is useful too for small excursions from your basecamp.

Decent pack
It’s perfect grab pack for shorter hikes, good for the size, color, pocket varieties and load adjustments. Doesn’t have a dedicated water bladder holder, no place to run the hose except through the top and around the pouch. It’s lacking in buckle and strap quality, the buckles are undersized will pop apart, the waist strap is way to thin for any load. The detached backpack is cool. Get a osprey or Kelty pack for multi day trips, this pack will wear your shoulders down for any lengths of use with the amount of weight needed on any average multi day hike

HUGE CAPACITY!
There's really nothing that I don't love about this product. I was really lucky to purchase it on sale for under $90. & shipped within 3 days. I'm able to carry/ pack so much inside; 3 days of layered clothing including a winter coat, 1 pair hiking boots, my hygiene bag, 1 gal of water, 3 day supply of MRE's, some small camping essentials, 1 man sleeping bag & 1 small propane tank. Attached on the outside I had a 1 man pop-up tent, a folded camping stool & a food burner. Mind you, I still had some room to spare inside & within the outer compartments for smaller essentials; phone, compass, matches/ lighter, personal cards, camping tools (axe, small saw etc.). With its lightweight frame & design, I didn't feel top heavy & it didn't put any additional stress onto my lower back. It's all about how you pack it obviously. I highly recommend this rucksack if you're a hiker/ camper that likes to wander off the beaten path for 2-3 days. Enjoy!
