Ive owned a few of these (other brands) but this one is the best. Ive been out for 30+ days and it does the job. I have a 55 gallon tank (7 fishes) and it handles very well You can set it to feed 8, 12 or 24 hours. Highly recommended.

A little larger than I expected which wasn't a bad thing, timer was easy to set for feeding and is really great for everyday use along with being gone for the weekend. I would definitely buy this again. Very easy to fill and affix to your aquatic tank. The fish food dispenses absolutely perfect due to being able to adjust the amount dispensed each time. It doesn't matter if it's flake or pellet food. The door has never gotten stuck and works as it should. An excellent product for the price. I will say that I have a hexagonal tank; therefore I had to place this on the front. Still giving 5 stars even with the size.

I purchased the FREESEA Aquarium Automatic Fish Feeder for my home aquarium to ensure my fish are fed regularly, especially when I’m away. This device has largely met my expectations, providing a convenient and reliable feeding solution with just a minor adjustment needed for my setup. The automatic feeder is easy to install and program. It offers multiple settings to customize the feeding schedule and quantity, which is great for maintaining a consistent feeding routine. The build quality is solid, and it operates quietly and efficiently. However, I did encounter an issue with the amount of food dispensed, particularly for my smaller tank. Initially, the feeder dispensed more food than necessary, which can be problematic in smaller aquariums where overfeeding can quickly lead to water quality issues. To remedy this, I placed a piece of tape over part of the dispenser’s mouth. This simple modification allowed me to better control the portion size, ensuring my fish received the right amount of food without overloading the tank. This adjustment was a small but necessary step to make the feeder work for my specific needs. It’s something to be mindful of for those with smaller tanks. Adjusting the dispensing mechanism or using a similar modification can help prevent overfeeding. Apart from this, the feeder has been a great help. It’s been reliable in dispensing food at the set times, and I haven’t encountered any jamming or malfunctioning issues. The peace of mind it offers, knowing my fish are fed even when I’m not around, is invaluable.

This worked amazing to feed my betta while I was away for a few days. I was skeptical about trusting it before leaving so I set it up to run while i was there to watch and it didn’t fail at all.

Big feeder. When we took trips and were gone for days we would set this up and it works so well. It’s on a timer and you can adjust how long and how much food is given. And the mounting part isn’t made for a round bowl but is still works and functions the same

This did the job when we were out of town for 5 days. I do wish the settings were a little different . It gave our betta way too much food everytime and I had it on the smallest opening. Came home to a very dirty tank but not a dead fish! 👍🏻

Even if this fish feeder works in the beginning don't trust it to keep your fish alive. We excited to go on our trip for three weeks, but we wanted to make sure our fish were taken care of when we were gone. We purchased this automatic fish feeder and had it running the week before we left to make sure it worked. We were pleased when it worked as expected, but the idea "working" did not last. Fast forward, to our return home three weeks later and we all walk in the house wondering what is that smell. We looked at the fish tank to see nothing but black water. The feeder at some point emptied all the contents which clogged the filter so the water was not circling or getting air in it. The filter got so hot it warped the plastic background that we had on the outside of the tank. We can at the fish did not die hungry. On top of that, we need a new filter system because ours is now burt out.
