I ordered this one but unfortunately it wont play on our car. It does not support ntsc1. can i exchange it for ntsc2?

Amazon it says you don’t need a region 1 DVD player or a multi region DVD player envy we’re when you view the product. cuz I put it in my Bly ray player and I’m from the uk and it said check regenal lock. get your info right
