Clear Turqouise

Cute and functional. I love the green color. I still use plastic wrap, but with some things I’m starting to switch to these lids. It may not be a perfect seal, but it is good enough. If you have too many big ones in the fridge it might be hard to arrange which is more of a spacing issue - the lids touching each other. I wouldn’t use it for long term meal prep but only for a couple of things at a time in the fridge. We even used it for leftover popcorn from the movies in the pantry. Washes easily by hand, feels like high quality.

Even with my last visits to Best Buy before they folded, I couldn't find silicone lids and I had decided they would really work for me. I decided to try these and have found them very useful. They work fine to cover frying pans of various sizes when you want to introduce steam to continue cooking a dish. I have an electric cooktop and have not found them affected by the heat. Where I didn't expect them to be so useful but they are, is to put over bowls of foods, particularly when they are still warm, in the refrigerator. I had been using plates or pot lids, and the advantage these covers have is that they gently suction and also take up less space in the fridge than a pot lid would. The range of sizes is very good to have. You will have to figure out how to store them so they stay clean but are close to hand. I store them nested in each other hanging from a nail on the wall in my kitchen away from the cooking area.

We got these as reusable lids for reheating food in the microwave, and they are perfect for that purpose. They are heavy enough to stay in place and capture any splatter. They are completely impervious to hot steam and food stains. They wash easily with a quick rinse or a tiny amount of soap. And they are round so they don't hit the sides of the microwave as the turntable spins. The largest blue size is almost exactly the size of my microwave turntable, so it fits on anything that fits in the microwave. Sometimes we also use these to cover bowls in the refrigerator, but that's a little less elegant since the edges stick out. You can get stretchy bowl covers that are probably better for this purpose. Be careful not to lift the cover using the center "handle" because the suction will also lift the bowl, and that's probably not secure. Better to lift an edge. Just be careful of steam! The bonus bag clips that they include are a little odd, but they do work for certain things. They only work on soft, thin plastic that can be folded to fit inside the clip, but they are secure and seal well once on. We've been using them to re-close bags of frozen vegetables in the freezer and bags of bread in the fridge. They don't really work for stiffer bags like potato chips.

I swear by Silicone Lids for sealing my bowls. The suction very well and keep my foods fresh. Makes it very easy to expand my food prep containers to regular bowls with these lids. They are also great for the microwave to prevent splattering from happening. I literally am constantly buying sets of these for friends and family and they all love them. Super easy to clean and I put magnetic hooks on my fridge and they just hang there. Easy storage and easy access for me! Anyways, if you are debating just get yourself a set, you will be so happy!

These lids are ok, but have some limitations. You will need to make sure that the bowl edges are neat and clean, with no little bits of food or liquid to interfere with the seal. It works best with bowls that are smaller than the lid, and the rims aren't close to the edge of the lid. There is a hole for hooks, to hang up the lids, on the edge of each lid. I don't like the placement. I feel that you could get a few more bowl sizes to work if the hole wasn't in the way. I love the handle in the middle of the lid. That's very helpful. It's just not so easy to use on bowls of a variety of different sizes. If it works, it works really well. It just doesn't always work.

高くてもグレーのこちらを購入しましたが届いたのはカラフルなものでした。届くまで時間もかかったのに残念です。 自分には色のこだわりがあったので返品とさせていただきました。

The centre grip "handle" is good. Otherwise the covers are too thin and flexible for easy storage.

I bought this for its hard to find color, but it is thinner than my other ones I have been using for years. This is like half transparent. since it is thinner, its suction power is less. on top of that, this one gets dirty so easily, the after washing water stain leaves a messy look on both sides. I will use it for now because this is the color I want.
