This is my favorite brand for pastina. Great texture and cooks evenly every time. Perfect for Italian wedding soup or even cold pasta salads. High quality pasta that tastes authentic.

This is great pastatini to use for soups and pasta dishes. My favorite way to eat it is with just butter and parmigiana cheese!

I was afraid pasta so tiny would cook in about 2 seconds and get instantly mushy, but not at all. It took a normal amount of time to cook and was perfectly al dente, even after the soup sat in the fridge a few days and was then reheated violently in the microwave. Find a suitable strainer before you cook it, as it will go right thru the holes in most strainers. Super fast & easy: the pasta + couple cartons of chicken stock, bag of frozen Italian meatballs (cut into quarters after cooking for smaller meatballs), bag of fresh spinach chopped up, & a few carrots, chopped into small pieces.

The pasta is fine. Wish the boxes were more secure so it didn't fall out, and I didn't lose some of what I paid for.

My family loves these as a quick family dinner or side. Bought them twice since my local grocery doesn't sell it. Precious tiny pasta, cooks quickly, tasty and great price point
