The new updated version 5 of this kit fixes issues that were commonly encountered in previous versions of the kit, inlcuding an all new high quality USB power cable that lets your run your Raspberry Pi 3 to its limits. This also includes our latest ProtoPi-T v2. The Raspberry Pi 3 Embedded kit is all you need to get your hands dirty with your embedded projects. Includes the new Pi 3 with 64 Bit computing horse power! With integrated WiFi and BLE your IoT projects just got a lot more easier and smarter! There are two nifty upgrades in the Pi 3. First is a next generation Quad Core Broadcom BCM2837 64-bit ARMv8 processor with 1.2Ghz of computing power. Second upgrade (boy we are happy about this!) is the addition of a BCM43143 WiFi chip BUILT-IN to your Raspberry Pi. The board is WiFi ready and no more jutting-out-WiFi-Adapters. The board also sports a BLE making it a perfect fit for any IoT projects. There are some software support glitches for BLE but we know the RPI team will resolve it at the earliest... For the power hungry devices that you may connect to the RPi 3, there’s an upgraded switched power source that goes up to 2.5 Amps instead of just 2 Amps - allowing your Pi to power even more powerful devices over USB ports. Note: Our 5V 2A power supply still works great with the Pi 3. For most uses, you may not need 2.5 amps of power.

self learning kit.
Product packing is good. Delivery was good, reached be before the scheduled time.Product as-such is on ok-ok mark.Product is neither for newbie nor for an expert. It has a instruction manual but it is a common manual for couple of their products included.The HDMI cable with the package is problematic. I was not able to see the rich GUI screens when using the cable with the package.The screen starts flickering when trying to use app like Sonic (or Kodi). Initially I doubted the Raspberry unit but all worked well when i switched my HDMI cable.You need some basic understandings of Pi before understanding their manual.Anyone who are interested in getting their hands dirty in learning things can buy this.

A perfect starter kit
A perfect starter kit.. has all the basics required to get started with Raspberry PI 3.. They can include the connector with serial inputs instead of a basic connector which increases the product price by 200 but worth it..

Protopi-t not working
I recently bought this kit,most of the thing turned out to be fine. What upseted me was that the protopi-t,which cost approximately 900 Rs was not working. Can i return it or not.

Protopi-T v2 GPIO breakout is totally faulty, charger & charging cable are worthless😓😟😦
Packaging is good but the worst thing that I see is that the "proto pi T breakout with cable" is faulty. It neither have an IC & nor serial access terminal. Please help me change this. Charger & charging cable provided with this kit are utterly a piece of garbage.
