Ergonomic Gaming Chair PU Leather Gaming Chair Office Chair, Adjustable Seat Height and Reclination, Headrest and Lumbar Support, Footrest, Brown

I was using an expensive office chair to work and game at home, but occasionally I need to work from the office, and wanted to splash out with my Christmas bonus. Enter this chair. I went a little pricier than the multitude of £150 chairs out there, though this is my first gaming chair so I don't really know how it compares. But I can say that I am very much enjoying it so far. Assembly was straightforward - I wouldn't know of the quality of the instructions because I never bothered to look at them. Pieces are labelled L and R and as long as you're not a pleb and mount the arms upside down (which I quickly noticed and corrected) it's very clear what goes where. I tell you what, just getting the pieces out of the box I could tell it was going to be comfortable. Smooth and soft, enough grip that you won't go sliding off it, springy and supportive. I was not disappointed once assembled. The back pillow can be a bit fiddly to get into position but it's actually kind of nice I can move it around, and while I'd like the head pillow to sit a bit higher it takes only a moment to adjust it when I want to lean back. So, its features. I wasn't expecting the footrest to actually reach my feet, and it doesn't, but despite being 6' tall it does actually allow me to stretch out and recline so that was a pleasant surprise. Speaking of reclining, the backrest goes further back than feels responsible, and the whole thing tilts even further, so rest assured it caters for any angle. I actually just set it back and lay in it for a little while, thinking I could probably sleep in it in a pinch. I do wish the armrests could be moved inwards a bit more. There is a bit of leeway when attaching them, but maybe only 1/2 an inch at most, and for me they're still a little far out to the sides. I suppose I could space the inner screws to angle them a bit, if it gets too annoying. The other feature I wish more chairs had is the ability to lock it into a reclined position. The base can lock so it cannot tilt back, but it can't be locked so that it doesn't tilt forwards again. That said, this is the first chair I've had that I'd say doesn't really need that feature. Overall, very happy with my purchase, and wish I'd done it sooner!

This chair is simply amazing! I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a gaming chair and then turning out not to be so great. I saw so many and read the reviews, but this one was the winner and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I was using a really old office chair that was killing my back and as a gamer, I wanted a gaming chair. -This chair is super comfortable, it has a nice pillow support for the back, that you can remove it if you need. -The neck support could be softer for my taste, but it still really good and comfortable. -Armrest amazing, they are firm but not plastic hard, they have a firm cushion to them and you can move them up and down and from side to side, but they don't dance around like some other gaming chairs that I read the review. -It's heavy and you need two people to assemble it, but it only shows that the materials are good quality and it's well made. Overall this chair is a the best option and it's well worth the money. I couldn't be happier!

The cushioning feels good even after sitting for long hours, and the back support is solid. For the price, the quality is quite decent. However, the assembly process could be made simpler. The instructions are okay, but a more straightforward design would make installation smoother. Also, the armrest height adjustment requires two hands to operate. It would be much better if it could be adjusted with one hand. A smarter and more user-friendly mechanism would definitely improve the overall experience. Still a good chair overall, just with some room for improvement.

This is a fantastic chair in almost every way. Looks great. Very comfy and the adjustability is perfect for me. Really helps get through the working day, even with a back condition. The foot rest is a great addition too. It's more like a calf rest, but still very comfy. I only have one negative, but sadly it's a really annoying one. The backrest of the chair is already creaking quite loudly, only after a few weeks. I've checked everything is tight, but after careful listening and feeling around, have discovered that the creak is coming from the actual metal framework inside the backrest section. It’s a real shame, because it does take the edge off a brilliant chair otherwise. UPDATE: After informing Autofull of the creak, they immediately replaced the chair with a new one. It arrived within a couple of days and so far all is good. Really impressed with the service and there was no hesitation in resolving the problem. This is a company with confidence in the product.

Well despite what I read in other reviews it was relatively easy to assemble. I did it by myself using a cordless screw driver to get the screws most way in then tightened up fully by hand using the tools provided. Apart from the red writing on black background, the instructions were easy enough to follow. I've been sat on this chair for a few hours now working and have to say it's by far the comfiest office/gaming chair I've sat on. The lower back support cushion is amazing and my back feels moulded to the chair. At first I thought the chair looks quite wide, but the arm rest can be adjusted with the screws underneath aswell as the up/down and swivell adjustments. As soon as I pulled the chair upto my desk and grabbed my mouse my arm is naturally rested on the arm. I'm 6 ft 2 and the foot rest is a little close, but if sat up fully straight can get into a comfy position. Bottom line for me is spending more for a product like this should give better quality and comfort. This delivers and in my opinion is worth ever penny.

While the product is ok, it has average build quality. The lumbar support is too hard, and not flexible enough to be a lumbar support. If you are close to being 6 ft tall (180cm)... the chair is a little low... especially for working at a normal hight desk. That being said, my last two chairs were the same... the hight adjustment isn't enough... I had to purchase a bigger dimension casters. For the record, I used to work for a chair manufacturer who makes office chairs and 24-hour operator chairs... this is not a 24 hour chair

Legendary customer service. I have had this chair for 2 years, the chair has gone through some heavy use in that time. Some of the PU Leather had started to split from behind the plastic grommets that cover the holes that pass through the back of the chair. I contacted autofull and they sent me a whole new chair! The chair its self is extremely comfortable, brilliant for long gaming sessions. I have seen myself spend 18 hours in this chair with zero discomfort. The adjustability is superb. Both armrests can be angled and raised or lowered to suit your desk. Buy this chair!
