I enjoy this product. As I recommend always read the labels to ensure a product will work for your dietary needs. Now, I like this because it's blue berries, lemon juice, fruit juice as the ingredients that's it. BUT my diabetic friends you need to calculate the sugar impact. Total carbohydrates is 10grams, total sugars 10 gram. They indicate that 5% of the 10grams of sugar comes from added sugar. This means 5% are naturally occurring from the fruit but addition sugar was added. When I eat the product portion control is essential. If blood sugars are in a good range then a teaspoon maybe acceptable but you have to assess everything you are eating with this.(always check with your nutritionist for your specific health need). Onto product taste this is a full blueberry taste, it has pieces of the berries in the jam which are tasty. When I am feeling nostalgic I use this to make ABJ (that's almond butter and jelly) can't eat peanuts. Actually I like their full line of products, I use the apricot as a glaze when I make a cauliflower stir-fry, I use also on ham to glaze it as well. Again, just make sure you read the labels for best use for you.

Some have said this is all blueberries. And you do get that impression when you first open the jar. But farther into the jar that is not the case. Stir the jar to mix the blueberries throughout. Not complaining, I like the product a lot... Just stating the facts. The taste is a bit "grapy," but that is how it is naturally sweetened. Again, I don't mind this, but some people will. Overall, I love this brand in all flavors. It is the only brand I buy, in fact. With my favorite being the red raspberry. Google is your friend. If you can get this as an "add-on" item ($3.49 with free shipping), this is a great bargain. I used to stock up bottles of this from a gourmet Italian shop because it wasn't always available in my local, mediocre Key Food. I love spreading this on toast or a croissant early in the morning to have with my coffee or tea. You can't beat the taste of real blueberries, and this has a lot, especially at the top when you first open the bottle. It tastes better than Stonewall Kitchen's Wild Blueberry jam, which actually costs more!! Treat yourself and stop buying Welch's and other cheap American jams featuring corn syrup as one of the first ingredients. I'll never go back!! The only thing I wish is that it was organic. Otherwise, I recommend this product wholeheartedly.
