It won't miraculously heal you, but with these things any incremental improvement is worth it. Plus the taste is so bad, I have to dilute it so much (at least 32oz) that it keeps me hydrated! Glad my doctor recommended. If your using this to treat PEM, you'll no it's working for you right away, you won't need to wait for weeks, although I do usually feel better the next day and when I take it consistently.

I regularly lift weights and am into fitness, but I wanted to add some essential amino acids to my routine. For context, I enjoy a popular brand of high-sodium electrolyte powder along with my beloved creatine. I have been using these aminos for a few weeks now, and I feel a slight increase in my energy and stamina while I lift...not a huge change, but it's definitely there (I was probably deficient). The product doesn't dissolve well unless it's in a blender bottle with my mixed greens supplement. No big deal because I have an electric frother and use that, but something to keep in mind. No one wants to drink chunks in their water. I have the lemon lime flavor and while it doesn't take terrible at first, it does have a strange artificial aftertaste from the sweetener used. I don't find it to be as big of an issue when mixed with my electrolytes or greens, though. But just with water...not my favorite. This is also much better cold. When it gets lukewarm, the aftertaste is much stronger. Drink it ice cold! The value for the money is pretty decent, so I will continue to purchase as I have found a noticeable improvement in my daily life. Hope that helps!

Perfect for the intermittent faster! Gives me the boost I need in the morning before coffee. I also will sip on this before a workout or chug before a run! As a side note: I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence but this product along with intermittent fasting and a few other supplements helped me lose 15 pounds. As a working mom of 3 young boys, finding what works is key! And adding Perfect Aminos to my routine made a huge difference.

This stuff is terrible. It’s 1000% marketing hype. Like any other fitness supplement it’s total bunk. Endorsed by a salesman! The worst part is it tastes absolutely horrible. It tastes so bad you can’t even drink it. So you wouldn’t even know if it works or not because everyone throws it away. And finally of course Amazon won’t take a return and they know it’s horrible and a bad product because they monitor these reviews. It’s the worst product I’ve ever used and the worst product they’ve ve purchased from Amazon, and that says a lot with all the Chinese junk they push. It’s zero stars, not even one star.

Awesome product, excellent result. Using Perfect Amino for 3 mos now and will definitely continue to use it every day! 57 yrs old, have been working out continuously since age 10, but nothing extreme. Basic fitness workouts in the gym and active outdoorsman. Highly recommended for anyone over 40. I have recommended Perfect Amino to a few friends and they are all having excellent results!
