My husband had brought some of these home from work as he tends to get slivers frequently. When we ran out of the stack he'd brought home, I knew we needed to find more. These are great little first aid tools. I'm getting old, and remember having splinters dug out with a needle hastily run through a lighter flame. No more! Individually wrapped means no need for sterilization. They're perfect for widening the hole the splinter went in to be able to pull it back out! (My teenager has also used them to pop pimples, but I don't recommend it.) All in all, they're handy and good for a fully stocked first aid kit.

The company I work for used to have these on hand. They are fantastic at splinter removal. You can easily keep one in the car and wallet just in case. They are sterile and and won’t add any unwanted bacteria into your wound.

I’ve been using these for years, does a great job in getting out these nasty splinters. I have a pair of jewelers visors, which allows me to see ‘up-close’… great combo, splinters don’t stand a chance!

Got this on a great deal for a 2 pack of 20 counts. The quality of the splinter remover was nice and easy to hold and maneuver with my fingers. Got a small splinter on my index finger tip and was struggling to get it out with tweezer so searched the internet for solutions. This had great reviews so I purchased it and was pleased. It takes a bit of a dance to get splinters out if they are small and embedded sort of deep but persevere and you'll get it out in due time!
