Very well made & comfortable. Fits perfect and protects my husband legs from Any injury that could happen when he’s using the chainsaw. Would strongly recommend . He should have bought these 30 years ago but after a near miss he decided to buy these now. Now, I feel better about him using the chainsaw. Now we both have peace of mind and know he’s protected from any dangerous injury.

I bought these chaps after an incident with my chainsaw. Had finished a cut and with free hand was moving the limbs I just cut when I felt the chain grab my jeans. Well that's the end of those jeans, luckily that is all that happened. Went right inside and ordered these. They seem really heavy duty but this is my first pair so nothing to compare to. Got them adjusted and just walking around testing out the feel, I think they'll be comfortable enough. Beats having a real accident, hopefully I won't have to give them a real test. Good insurance.

My first chaps. Comfortable enough though they can get pretty warm. Held in place ok with good coverage considering there were only 3 straps per leg and didn’t pull or feel weird. Only wore them about 72 hours total before they started ripping in the crotch which is why I took away a star. Never had an incident so can’t say how well they actually stop a saw but I think for the price they’re a good option for someone who only needs occasional use. I upgraded to some clogger zeros which are better in every way but also a good deal more expensive.

Oregon Chainsaw Chaps – 563979 – Black – 8 Layer Meets Standard – ASTM F1897-20. Purchased these Chaps as I am running different size gas powered chainsaws several times a year. These had a good price point, adjustable one size fits all, well-known brand, etc. They fit me well as I am about 6’, roughly 210 LBS. The Waist and Legs have adjustable straps with clips, Length can be shorted a bit with the snaps. The weight is not terrible, no problem wearing in the winter and will probably be a little on the warmer side in the summer months which seems to be expected with this type of PPE. You can Youtube and watch some people testing and see how this type of technology binds, slows, and stops the chain. Your legs and overall safety are worth the purchase; just some extra assurance in case the unexpected mishap was to occur while you are running a chainsaw. Be cautious and mindful but you really never know if or when an incident might occur. You should be aware and do some research regarding electric chainsaws and the standards if that may apply to your needs.

No complaints. Used these 3-4 times for extended periods and didn't really even realize I was wearing them. Works as expected and easy to take off and put back on.. not overly hot but it's winter time. The design lends itself to be breathable.

Bought theses for Midlife Stockman after he was bit by his chain saw. He must like the because he wares them all the time. Thank you Oregon, it nice to help someone stay safe. If you haven't seen this man he helps people for free on Youtube.

The chaps fit fine and were easy to adjust. Given the construction, it seems reasonable to assume they will give quite a bit of protection against brush and an errant chain - at least much better than Wrangler or Levi jeans provide. I bet they are good against a snake bite too. I ordered the Oregon helmet at the same time. Same deal - works great and easy to adjust. I hope I never have to test it against snakes.

Used these to clear a fence line. They are warm, but as comfortable as you can expect and feel like they'd save my leg if I nicked it with the chainsaw.

ちょっと重めですが、チェンソーの刃から身体を守るには値段を考えても、ベストだと思います。オレゴンのチャップスにはグレードかあるので、それを確認して購入すると良いです。

Good, made me feel much more safe for my little cutting job. They fold up easily.
