This dongle extended my controller range a crazy amount. Like seriously, I was in the kitchen around the corner, 50 ft away from my TV and it still worked 100% Sorry for the weird video, I didn't know how else to show how well it worked.

I've been having a lot of trouble pairing my Bose Quiet Comfort II 35 headphones with Windows. (They work great with Mac and iOS.) After trying two different choices -- the onboard Bluetooth, a TP-Link bluetooth unit sold here on Amazon, and now this one -- THIS WORKS! It paired perfectly, and the supplied disc included a Windows 11 compatible driver. So great to have sound back to plug-and-play again. Thank you.

Pretty easy install and instructions were easy, son is happy he can have Bluetooth with his laptop now.

Requires to use a supplied disc to install software and requires you remove original bluetooth drivers. NOT a plug and play device. Once I got installed, every time I go to connect my Airpods Pro wireless earbuds the volume would go to 100% volume level. No idea why this would happen? I would not recommend this product if you have Airpods Pro. I cannot claim if the same issue exists for other wireless bluetooth earbuds.

I've been purchasing products from UGREEN for the past few years now and have yet to be disappointed. I use this adapter for my WFH setup to connect a bluetooth keyboard and headset- noticably much better than the bluetooth that came with my work laptop. However, I will admit, there are some caveats with their products that aren't common knowledge and may not be listed publicly with the product description/troubleshooting steps. e.g. What I've learned while setting this product up on my laptop running Windows 11 (22H2): - If your machine already has a bluetooth and you're adding this adapter to have a better bluetooth connection, you'll more than likely have to go into Device Manager and disable your built-in bluetooth to keep the two adapters from fighting to be the active bluetooth radio. - For users experiencing issues with this adapter cutting in and out, be sure to go to the adapter's properties in Device Manager, and make sure that you have "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" UN-checked on the Power Management tab. ممتاز استخدمه لي يد الاكس بوكس و الجوال مافي تقطيع في الصوت بشكل عام ما عانيت من مشكله الا يوم شريت ماوس لاسلكي صارت مشكله ان الماوس يجي معاه وصله لي البلوتوث عشان تقلل التأخير و في نفس الوقت استخدم قطعه البلوتوث فا مع الوقت والألعاب صارت تجيني بلو سكرين مره إلى مراتين في الاسبوع فترات قريبه ودورت حلول ولافادت الا استوعبت ان احد أسبابه انه القطعتين تتعارض مع بعض وتسبب بلو سكرين وشلتها وخليت حقت الماوس ولا رجعت المشكله وصرت استخدمها إذا بلعب يد من بعيد اشبكها

J’ai acheté cet adaptateur principalement pour connecter mes écouteurs sans fil à mon ordinateur, et ça fonctionne parfaitement. L’installation est très facile, la connexion est fluide et stable, sans interruption ni décrochage. Je n’ai pas encore essayé de connecter plusieurs appareils en même temps ou d’autres types de périphériques, donc je ne peux pas me prononcer là-dessus, mais pour mon usage avec des écouteurs, c’est un excellent achat. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, je le recommande !
