Product description Baking Ingredients Garbanzo Beans. Review: I used this flour to make pasta (1/2 cup flour & 1 egg) in my attempt to eat healthier. The taste profile wasn’t what I preferred and the mouthfeel was a little dry. Mixing, rolling out and cutting caused some of the noodles to break. So, the next batch of pasta I used half chickpea flour and half Italian wheat flour with a little bit of dill seasoning. Definitely a fan of that batch. It was more pliable and easier to roll out. It had a nice chew, good flavoring and I used it to toss in my Thai noodle chicken salad. Delicious! I think the flavor just takes some getting used to, so my review is totally subjective. Review: I use Bob’s Red Mill Chickpea Flour as a healthy, savory, and filling alternative to regular flour when coating protein for soups and stews. My entire family enjoys it - though not all of them know I swapped it in! I feel great knowing I’m adding “hidden” nutritional content to our favorite meals.

Gluten free option arrived fresh baked well. Like trying new trendy recipes and found IG recipe that called for this. Always looking to add non meat proteins in meals and love organic chickpeas. Love the Bob’s Red Mill organic brand and have rarely been disappointed. Smelled fresh.

I use this flour to make a mask for my face….it works well as a mask to get ride of dark marks and smooth your texture ….i dont use for anything else but it came packaged well
