What can be said? It's creatine. Well packaged, decent capsules. No taste, no smell, no mess, no fuss. If you lift, cycle, take part in sports or don't get much creatine from diet, it's an absolute must. Have experimented with advanced dosing, under recommendation and supervision. No issues. No side effects. Very mild and short lived stomach upset at first, but no big issue at all. Definitely don't get as much aches, pains and fatigue in the muscles after weights or cycling and reduces recovery time well. Cannot recommend this enough.
