Does the job
Set should contain 3 sizes of 2 stretchable loops to attach to a pair of hearing aids — the set I received was missing one of the 7 mm loops. As I have Phonak Sphere aids which are rather thick, I'm using the 11 mm loops which are snug enough to hold the aid bodies but easily removable when I don't want to wear the cord and when I put the aids in the recharging case. The 99 mm loops are stretchable enough to securely hold the aids if I intended to keep the loops and cord continually attached. I only intend to use the cord when I'm actively working outside or doing a lot of movement that might cause the aids to pop out. My dexterity is not limited by arthritis — yet — but I do find the clip is quite awkward to open and attach behind my head to a shirt I'm wearing unless I attach the clip to the front of the shirt where I can see what I'm doing.

Great item!
Easy to use, bought for my 80 year old father's hearing aids. He can easily clamp them on and off, no more losing his hearing aids.

Does the job, not easy for old people to clip and not 100% secure
So this is for my 87 year old grandmother that has signia hearing aids, they fall out of her ear sometime and she doesn't notice and sometimes it's right into the trash can. As buying one of these is about 1000 times cheaper than buying new hearing aids, it's a solid investment. However, it could be better. First lets start with the color of the thread, it's very light, this isn't a deal breaker at all but i feel like most people that have one of these would like to hide the fact that they're wearing hearing and this being such a light color really doesn't help. Again, not a deal breaker at all but something to consider. Now lets get to the little loops, they work and attach snugly, they're a lot better than nothing, but they're not exactly 100% secure, it hasn't happened to her but they can potentially slip off, anyone who says that they're perfectly secure is lying. They can interfere with the fit of the hearing aid if they're not aligned properly, they can bump the hearing aid button extremely easy when putting them on, changing the hearing settings if you have that as an option sset. This isn't exactly the end of the world because overall having this is better than nothing. The clip is actually very secure and brilliantly made...if it wasn't for the fact that one of the core demographics of hearing aids probably has arthritis, vision problems, and possibly unable to understand it. The clip attached actually took me 30 seconds to figure out, it's clear, small, and you pull it apart to open it, and it has like 2 width to expand to, a bit hard to explain. This is very hard for my grandmother to open, so hard that she can't so i don't even bother attaching it to her shirt because there's really no way she'd be able to get it off. This is a bit of failing through success for the product and if you don't have vision/arthritis/memory issues then this will only be helpful for you. So overall i'd recommend this to literally anyone that has issues with their hearing aid coming out because it's a much better experience than having to look around for hearing aids, it's just a shame that signia doesn't make their own well made clips.

Worked Well Until ...
Hated having airbud type hearing aids falling out of my ears. This kept them from hitting the ground or floor. Worked fine until the thin plastic clasp broke. Used a metal "paper clip" to replace the clasp so still usable.

Wish I had these from day one (before I lost an aid)
These workout well on Phonaks.

Easy to use!
I purchased these for my grandfather who was afraid of losing his hear aids because he said that are really light and it made him nervous. With this cord, it has given him the confidence to wear his hearing aids all the time without having to worry about losing them. The clip is easy to use and sits nice and flat against any shirt. I can see this working for children as well. For the price, it is worth trying out.

It works! Just pull tab up firmly
Unfortunately the photos of how to open the clip are not clear- but once u know what u r supposed to do, it is not complicated. Also we found that at the initial attempt to make the clip open as wide as possible, the clip is stiff and doesn’t cooperate readily. If yours does this, apply more force slowly but firmly.
