This is perfect for practitioners. The material is great, it doesn't look cheap or sloppy. It irons well making it look very professional. I am 4'11" and it fits well and looks flattering with the exception of the sleeves, which are a bit long for me, but it's not a big deal. It has many pockets and slits for your pant pockets as well, which I love! I highly recommend this!

Because of the back seams it fits a little more fitted than a regular lab coat,but appeared to be true to size.
