If you want to char chops and steaks perfectly, then this is the pan for you. Look after it following the manufacturer's guide, keep it lightly seasoned with oil and you will love it!! It does hold heat seriously well so the detachable silicone handles are really useful 👌.

I liked its performance and ease of cleaning and I cooked steak, pork chops and gammon was incredible

Initially I used this on the inductor hob, it is evenly temperature throughout, and then I used it on the hob then transferred it to the oven

Belle grandeur, parfaite pour l'induction, anti adhésive, grille super bien! Super bien emballée, aucun risque pour le couvercle. Tout petit moins : il faut impérativement utiliser les poignées en silicone fournies, car les anses sont très très chaudes
