Like allot, Super cool super cool and the price is right. This is the box that most contractors would like, lots of contractors would like to have it. Also use for storing food to keep mice and rats from getting to it

As a full-time RV'er, I needed a durable, weather-proof, theft-resistant box to store my expensive workout equipment. I tried several plastic professional 'tool' chests that just wouldn't hold up to the weight of my dumbbells (90# each). I decided a welders box was the way to go but needed one low enough to be able to hitch my 5th wheel without having to move the landing gear; I wanted an easy hook.I found several that would work but they were ugly. Blue, Green, even a Baby-Poo Brown color but this Channel Lock box is quality powder-coated Black! It matches my truck perfectly and is *Wife Approved* as a bonus.This box does not have the cord knockouts (for securely charging equipment) which is good for me as I want to keep the elements out! All the seams are fully welded and it has a full-length piano-hinge on the lid. The front lock hasp is surface welded but extremely secure. The handles are also surface welded but have full perimeter seams that will tear the metal before they fail. It has not leaked any water into the box after 3 different pressure-washings but I will install a foam weatherstrip in the lid just to be sure. It is sturdy, feels durable, and well constructed, but the 20ga steel is a bit thin in my opinion so I would have taken a star for that and the lack of a way to keep the lid from flapping all the way open, that is annoying but will eventually damage the powder-coating and cause corrosion. But I knew both before I bought so that's not on the box.Overall, I would buy this box again and I am very happy with the item.

It's actually more than I expected given the price difference between the knack, greenlee, and jobox. Shipping came next day which I was very surprised about. It does not have a chain for the lid, also the paint or powder coat that's on it is mediocre at best but it will be fine. I'm 215#s and I can sit on it with the lid shut and it doesnt seem flimsy. I will be buying another for certain.Update, when i first purchased this it was $101. Surprised to see such a big increase in price. I wouldn't buy it again at its current $138.

It’s inexpensive and big and that’s good. Arrived in perfect condition despite just being shipped in a thin cardboard box. You can put a padlock on it.

I’m using this for a trailer tongue box for light items. Its actually built good enough. Probably wouldn't use it for handle carry purpose of heavy items but if you are looking for a decent mounted and bottom supported box its great.

It is a storage box.If filled with some weight it may twist.A little beat up during shipment.A little pricey for others I have seen on line.
